When You’re Not Feeling Like Yourself

Hormones influence many of the body’s core systems, including energy, sleep, mood, metabolism, and focus. When key hormones fall out of sync, you may not feel like yourself.

Do any of these resonate with you?

  • Have you noticed dry skin, thinning hair, or increased hair shedding?
  • Do you feel exhausted because you can’t seem to get quality sleep?
  • Is brain fog making it hard to focus—or leaving you wondering why you walked into a room?
  • Are you curious (and maybe a little overwhelmed) about hormone replacement therapy (HRT), or wondering whether alternative approaches could work for you?
  • Are you struggling with unexplained weight changes, even though you’re eating well and staying active?

If any of this sounds familiar, you’re not alone, and you don’t have to sort through it on your own. This is where a clear, personalized approach can help you move forward.

What To Expect

A Personalized, Thoughtful Approach

20-Minute Chemistry Call

A brief phone or virtual conversation to explore what’s been going on, discuss your goals, and determine whether working together feels like a good fit.

Initial 90-Minute Consultation

This is where you share, and I listen. We’ll take a comprehensive look at your health history, nutrition, and lifestyle. This may include:

Reviewing relevant lab work, specialty testing, or glucose data (if applicable)
Reviewing current supplement use and evaluating nutrient intake using a short food journal
Identifying goals that align with your schedule, energy, and season of life

Personalized Nutrition & Lifestyle Plan

Your plan is food-first and tailored to you. It includes targeted nutrition strategies, with a focus on blood sugar support, with supplements when appropriate, movement, sleep support, and stress regulation, designed to be realistic and sustainable.

Ongoing Support & Follow-Ups

Nutrition isn’t a quick fix—that’s why ongoing support matters. Through follow-up sessions, we’ll track what’s working, address challenges as they come up, and make thoughtful adjustments as your body responds. I typically recommend meeting every two weeks for 45 minutes over a three-month period (six sessions total). This allows us to build momentum, celebrate progress, and refine your plan so it continues to support you moving forward.
