Meet Yvonne: Clinical Nutrition Specialist & Certified Health & Wellness Coach

I’m Yvonne Hart, founder of NuVida Wellness, a board-certified Clinical Nutrition Specialist (CNS) and board-certified Health & Wellness Coach. I work with women navigating fatigue, disrupted sleep, gut issues, and unexplained weight changes related to hormone imbalance.

I specialize in supporting women through hormone-related changes and conditions, including perimenopause, PCOS, thyroid dysfunction, and blood sugar balance. My approach integrates personalized nutrition, targeted supplementation, and herbal support alongside lifestyle strategies such as strength training, sleep optimization, and stress regulation to support recovery and resilience. Education is central to my work. I focus on helping women understand why their bodies are responding the way they are, not just what to do next.

I have over 1,000 hours of supervised clinical nutrition experience and am currently completing licensure requirements in North Carolina, practicing under licensed supervision in accordance with state requirements, and my Clinical Nutrition Specialist (CNS) scope of practice.
